1. doTerra Citrus Bliss

Yesterday, Carter and I were on the freeway heading North from Orem to Salt Lake City. To our dismay, we found ourselves lodged in traffic. We suffer from a condition known as SRR. Severe Road Rage. The root cause of this condition is impatience and can be triggered by many things.
Needless to say, this was one of our least favorite ways to spend our day.

I busted out my DoTerra Essential Oil Blend by the name of CITRUS BLISS. I put one drop on my hands and one drop on Carter's hand. Rub hands together. Inhale. Rub on the back of the neck. Repeat. Instant bliss in less than a minute.

Since this experience, Carter has become an absolute, Citrus Bliss junkie. We eat it, drink it, smell it, diffuse it and rub it everywhere.
